Cancellation Policy

All Services over $500 require a $100 deposit at the time of booking that will be applied to your service. To qualify for a refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service appointment. To reschedule a cancelled service client can rebook as soon as there is availability. If they cancel 2 times in a row, they will need to call the technician directly to book going forward.
